Procedures
At the time of admission a candidate must produce the following:
- C.L.C/S.L.C. in Original
- Original mark sheet from Board/UniversityExamination passed and Admit card of the last examination appeared.
- Three passport size photographsof the candidate.
- Caste certificate in original (In case of SC/ ST/ OBC)
- University Registration No.( recipt) in original.
- The new Students should come along with their respective guardians.
- A student once admitted into the college shall not have the right to get readmitted again if he/she discontinious for more than one months.
Selection For Admission :
After the submission of application form the college will invites the students for " APTITUTE TEST ". The Aptitute Test will be held on the notification of the Principal. The names of the selected candidates will be published on notice board. The selection will be made purely on merit basis and the selected candidate shall be taken into consideration for admission.
Procedure for Filling the Application Form for Admission:
The Applicant should fill-up the Form in their own hand writing and in capital letters and send the same to the principal ,
Guru H.K Behera College of Art & Culture in due period.
Documents to be attached with Application Form.
- Attested copy of mark sheet of the last appeared Examination passed.In compartmental case both the copies of the mark list should be submited.
- Attested copy of SC/ST/OBC Certificatef rom a competent authority in case of student belongs to SC/ST.
- Money receipt of Rs.250/-issued by the College in support of payment of fee for application form.
- Attested copy of school Leaving Certificate/ College Leaving Certificate
- The Intimation and index card should be affixed with Behead.5.00 stamp each
